Win This RV

Rules:

1. Contestants must have an insurance policy in force with RV Direct Insurance at the time of draw; or they must have obtained a valid RV insurance quote from RV Direct Insurance within 365 days previous to the date of the applicable draw, or they must have purchased a new or used RV from High River Auto-plex and RV between the dates of Jan. 1, 2011 and Dec. 10, 2013.
2. The winner must have a valid drivers license, allowing them to operate a motor home of this size and value.
3. The winner may not reassign or transfer their prize to any other person without the expressed written consent of RV Direct Insurance Ltd.
4. From 12:01 am to 11:59 pm Dec. 25, 2013, the Contest Holder will determine from Environment Canada the amount of snow that has fallen at the Calgary, Alberta International Airport during that time period.
5. If three inches (7.5 cm) or more of snow has accumulated during that time period, ten names will be drawn at random and entered into a separate draw barrel.  
6. A second draw will take place from these ten entrants only and the first name selected will be considered the winner.
7. Two "alternate" winners will also be selected, in the event that the Winner, for any reason is unable to claim their prize and the prize will be presented to the alternates in the order their names were drawn.
8. Use of the RV will be restricted to a distance of 300 kms from Calgary, within the province of Alberta.
9. The user will be responsible for any damages caused to the RV during that time period.
10. If this RV is not available due to any unforeseen circumstance, a suitable alternative may be provided by either RV Direct Insurance or High River Auto-plex and RV.
11. RV Direct Insurance and High River Auto-plex reserves the right to modify and/or cancel this contest if there has been any abuse of the intentions of this contest by any participants or there is considered to be a lack of participation as may be necessary to make this contest viable.
12. Weather Event Insurance and supervision of this draw will be provided by EPA Ultimate Concepts.
